Our house blended dark roast. A meticulous blend of Central American coffee's. French roast coffee contains less caffeine than lighter roasts as the longer roasting time breaks down caffeine molecules. However, the dark roast of French coffee can provide a more intense jolt of caffeine per serving, making it a favorite among coffee lovers who want a strong pick-me-up.

A deep dark roast, offering a bold, rich coffee flavor. The coffee beans are shiny with an oil sheen, and offer a bittersweet flavor with low acidity.
